Tell us what we got wrong

Every correction is checked against the source and, if we are wrong, fixed and logged publicly. We would rather be corrected than be wrong quietly.

This form reaches us directly. You do not need an account and we do not need your name.

Your address is used only to clarify this correction. It is never published, never sold, and never added to a mailing list.

Working at a school? Your right of reply

This site publishes judgements about named schools, and it gets things wrong. In September 2026 five schools were shown as Weak for inclusion when KHDA's own records say Acceptable. The error came from a misread table, it stood for weeks, and our own audit caught it rather than anyone telling us. That is luck, not a process. This is the process.

What we commit to

  • Five working days. Every message from a school gets a reply from a person within five working days, even when that reply is "we are still checking".
  • Wrong facts get fixed, not argued. Show us the record says otherwise and we change it, date it and log it publicly on the updates page. No school is charged for a correction, and none ever will be.
  • Where we will not change, you get the last word. We do not remove a KHDA rating, an inspection finding or a published fee because a school would prefer it absent - but you can send a statement and we publish it on your school's page: in full, unedited, dated, attributed, beside the thing it answers.
  • Tell us what has changed. Most ratings here date from 2023-24. A rating with a school's 2026 account of what has moved on is more use to a parent than either on its own.

To reply on the record, use the form above, choose I work at the school, and write the statement you want published, with the name and role to publish it under. If the matter is urgent or legal, say so in the first line and it goes to the top of the queue that day.

What we will not do. We will not take a page down because it is unflattering, we will not replace a regulator's judgement with a school's description of itself, and we will not accept payment to alter either. Those three refusals are the reason anything else here is worth reading.
