Strengths the inspectors named:
- A senior leadership team working steadily on improvement and enthusiastically tackling issues raised in the previous inspection, with positive morale and professional relationships.
- Very good student awareness of Islamic values and Emirati culture, with improved outcomes in Islamic Education and Arabic - an unusual strength ordering in this market.
- Good progress in science, and strong attitudes to learning with mostly self-disciplined, respectful students and very positive attitudes in Kindergarten.
What they asked the school to improve:
- Attainment is Acceptable in English, mathematics and science across all phases - the plain reason for the overall rating.
- The impact of leaders’ planning and implementation can be inconsistent, even where their understanding of strengths and weaknesses is sound.
- Some older students show unsettled behaviour - a specific, checkable observation worth raising on a visit.
Inclusion (students of determination): Over 100 students of determination - 102 at the last inspection, double the number two years earlier - representing one of the highest proportions in its sector, in a school of 1,247 including 227 Emirati students. The inclusion department identifies needs early through formal assessment and close observation, with individualised support plans guiding classroom accommodations and targeted interventions, and a sensory and adaptive room supporting students with complex needs to develop independence and emotional regulation. Inspectors record that most students of determination make good progress academically, socially and personally, and parents are positive about the support. Published alongside: internally assessed results run consistently higher than external benchmark scores, a pattern inspectors flagged as requiring attention, and the school has held Acceptable for three consecutive inspections - which for its substantial Emirati cohort carries the regulatory weight described on our key-findings page.
