- Personal development is exemplary in the inspectors’ own framing - students respectful, responsible and eager to contribute positively - within a strong community ethos.
- External benchmark attainment in reading, English, mathematics and science reported as Very Good to Outstanding across both Primary and Secondary.
- Wellbeing rated Good, with students reporting that they feel safe, valued and listened to.
- Arabic as a first language attainment is strong - the reverse of the usual pattern in Dubai.

Inclusion (students of determination): A dedicated SENDCO and Inclusion Team identify needs early, drawing on parental and external-specialist input, and deliver personalised in-class support, focus groups or one-to-one interventions under an Individual Education Plan. Inspectors record that students of determination and those who are gifted or talented are effectively identified using external assessments, and that school leaders and governors demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education with an action plan setting targets to enhance provision. The published caveats are specific and matter: although individual students and their needs are communicated to teachers, the support and challenge they receive in class is inconsistent and not always well planned. Inspectors also asked the school to expand its range of diagnostic assessments and screening mechanisms, to provide a wider range of targeted support using evidence-based tools, and noted that the head of inclusion does not have many links with other inclusion departments to help prioritise the school’s vision - a professional-isolation problem that is rarely named this openly.
