Strengths the inspectors named:
- Outstanding attainment and progress in English, mathematics and science across both Foundation Stage and Primary.
- A well-designed, ambitious curriculum - the ‘Inspire, Explore and Invent’ programme - giving students wide opportunities to lead their learning.
- Outstanding leadership: a cohesive senior team with high expectations and thorough self-evaluation.
- Highly engaged parents, supportive of the school’s inclusive ethos.
What they asked the school to improve:
- Arabic as an additional language fell to Acceptable for attainment and progress - the report’s clearest development area.
Inclusion (students of determination): Outstanding - 64 students of determination, with provision described by inspectors as very strong. The team is named: a Head of Inclusion, inclusion teachers, learning support assistants and a student advisor delivering targeted interventions, with gifted and talented students identified and served through curriculum enrichment. Teacher turnover of roughly 10% against a UAE average nearer 20 to 22% means the adults who know your child tend to stay. Two honest fit notes: Arabic attainment is rated only Acceptable, and this is a primary school, so Year 7 entry - usually to the College - needs arranging separately.
