In context
Its mid-range fee is about 38 per cent below the median for French schools in this guide (AED 50,000). It has not yet completed a full KHDA inspection cycle — no rating is not a bad rating, but there is no inspection evidence yet either.
These comparisons are computed from the verified data in this register, not editorial opinion.
What the inspectors said
This school has not yet been inspected by KHDA, so there is no rating and no inspection findings to report. What follows is verified public record about the school itself — what it has committed to, and what remains unproven — kept clearly separate from anything a regulator has judged.
What is known and committed:
- Opened on Hessa Street for 2024–25 with the full primary range from Petite Section to CM2, and extended to all secondary levels from September 2025 — rapid, deliberate growth.
- The North campus, whose pedagogical framework is being replicated here, holds Very Good in both 2022–23 and 2023–24 — a reasonable basis for confidence, though not a rating this campus has earned.
- Part of the AEFE-accredited French network, plurilingual from the start, with standard network tools for academic management and a digital library.
What is not yet proven:
- No KHDA rating of its own yet: a full inspection normally comes in the third year of operation.
- Detailed facility specifications have not been published for this campus — arrange a visit and see the science, sports and arts provision for yourself rather than assuming parity with the North campus.
- Secondary provision arrived only in September 2025, so the senior phase is new and untested here.
Inclusion (students of determination): No inclusion rating of its own — the South campus replicates the North campus’s pedagogical approach and inclusion model, and that North campus holds Very Good with 120 students of determination supported through its Pôle d’Inclusion. Treat that as a well-founded expectation rather than a result: this campus has not been separately judged on it. Two things worth knowing. The North campus employed two counsellors for over 1,400 students, a ratio the source itself flags as warranting monitoring as the South campus grows. And the admissions process is explicitly humanistic — interview and assessment are used not primarily to filter academically but to understand a child’s character, prior experience and capacity to thrive, with selection based on ‘savoir-être’, social and emotional competencies, as well as academic readiness. See the special educational needs guide for the questions to ask on a visit.
Inspector summaries are being added school by school as each report is read — 169 of 169 so far, dated per cycle, never invented. A school without a summary yet is unread, not unjudged.

- Which facilities are open today, and which are still ‘coming soon’?
- Who leads inclusion here — and may we meet them before enrolling?
- How much staff turnover did you have last year, and why?
- What are actual class sizes this term — not the maximum?
- How and how often will I hear about my child’s progress?
- If the school is not full, what happens to fees and staffing next year?
